Welcome to "How to Maintain a Managed Classroom from Kindergarten to High School" Training. This course was developed by Ms. Shawn Moore, a Jefferson County Middle School English and Language Arts Teacher in conjunction with the Kentucky Education Association.
In this course you will gain a perspective for how to manage the classroom environment while gaining the respect of students.

I loved the way this was set up. Included videos from not just the instructor, but tiktoks and things we could relate to. I would take 100 more of these courses over any other PD. Just like we do with our students we need to make professional learning relatable and make it seem achievable instead of just being lectured and told what to do.
Side note-One of the videos no longer works in this. I think the video is located between 75%-88% complete.
